Frontpage, on a lot of Microsoft systems, comes included on many personal and business installations.  Because of this, Frontpage may be a good option for you to consider when starting your development experience. 

I started with Frontpage.  YEARS ago… but definitely, it was an easy drag and drop experience that allowed me to integrate sites quickly until I learned HTML. 

Well, here is a tip.  I learned Microsoft Word and Excel years ago also.  But at that time, I used the Video Professor to do it.  This set of tutorials, loads onto your computer and takes you step by step through the process of learning the necessary functions to get you around.
