09 Nov Brandon Johnson is GoogleAble…. Google Me Baby!

One of my career advisors told me that I needed to be “Googleable”.  (Now, say it 10 times!)  Today alone, I’ve learned that someone with my name was arrested and another guy with my namesake plays in the NFL!

So with all of the cool “Brandon Johnson” domains gone, I decided that I needed to be savvy with how I SEO’d my sites:

• Interactive-Marketing-Blog.com
• BrandonJohnson.co

Although I’ve purchased brandonjohnson.co and am doing tests to see how I can get it ranked, I did search engine optimize my Interactive Marketing Blog to be found.

Let’s see just how well I rank so far.

Searching Google Blogs for “Brandon Johnson”:  Number 2/ 250,000

Searching Google “Everything” for “Brandon Johnson Atlanta”:  Number 1/ 285,000 Results

Number 1, 2, & 3 for “Brandon Johnson Marketing” out of 272,000 Results

Overall, I am very pleased with my Search Engine Optimization for my name thus far.  I will let you know how and when “Brandon Johnson” ranks better for my name.
